Apply for Admission

This is a summary of the admissions procedure for prospective pupils at Susan Memorial School. Purchase an application form with the following documents:

• 3 Recent Passport Photographs.
• Photocopy of candidate’s Birth Certificate or Passport Data Page.
• The Last Academic Report Card from your child’s current school.
• Applicant’s Behavioral Report from current school

     Entrance Exam for prospective pupils in form of a written test based on the classes applied. Payments are made to designated banks.

     Admin department receives the bank slip/teller and issues a receipt. The receipt is an evidence of payment and will be required at registration. Pupil resumes for registration and is allocated to an appropriate class. For further enquires on how to apply:
